Old frames 2nd Form

In the 14th generation of Chen Taijiquan, Chen Changxin summarised the system in 2 long boxing forms.
The 2nd form is fast and explosive and promotes the ability to apply what has been learnt from the 1st form quickly and with the use of force.

Practising the form is a form of training that trains strength, flexibility, coordination, Taiji principles and mindfulness. This form is a real workout for the body and complements the 1st form, especially for those who are looking for more fitness and martial arts.
